1. **Master Bedroom:** According to Vastu guidelines, the master bedroom ideally belongs in the southwest. This house plan adheres to Vastu principles and situates the master bedroom in the southwest. It measures 14 feet by 12 feet 6 inches and has an attached 7'-8" by 5'-0" toilet. To ensure proper ventilation, one window is placed on the left OTS.

2. **Bedroom 2:** The second bedroom, measuring 11'-8" by 18'-4", is located in the Northwest corner. It features one window on the back OTS, allowing for additional natural light and ventilation with a width of 4'-0".

3. **Bedroom 3:** The third bedroom, measuring 11'-8" by 13'-0", is located on the north side of the house between Bedroom 2 & the Staircase. It features one window at the staircase, allowing for additional natural light and ventilation with a width of 4'-0".

4. **Kitchen:** Vastu recommends a specific location for the kitchen, and in this plan, it is situated in the southeast side of the house, adjacent to the Drawing room. The kitchen measures 9'-0" by 12’-0. A door at the OTS provides adequate light and air for ventilation. The OTS near the kitchen can be used as a Kitchen Wash.

7. **Staircase:** A staircase, 11’-8” x 12’-0”, is located on the right side just back to the portico. It has two accesses, one from inside from the dining & the other from outside from the Portico.

8. **Puja Room:** The puja room is situated on the front side of the house in the east, following Vastu guidelines. It has dimensions of 5’-0” by 8'-0". To maintain Vastu compliance, the puja room should be kept tidy and uncluttered, with idols and pictures facing east or north.

9. **Toilets:** The floor plan includes two toilets, with one attached private bathroom for the master bedroom. The common lavatory near Bedroom 2 is 7’-0" by 8'-7" in size.
